V’s (Vanessa) mission is simple: to help make bone broth a part of your daily routine and to invite you along on a healing journey toward better health and wellness.

Vanessa’s been drinking bone broth for as long as she can remember, thanks to her lovely mother. Her mom made broth to drink after every dinner. Holistic health and wellness were a natural part of her upbringing. Her mom passed down the rich, flavourful, and nourishing recipes. Over the years, Vanessa has made those recipes her own. And now, she’s excited to share them with you.

Living an active, balanced, and health-focused lifestyle is something Vanessa truly values. After spending a few years caught in unhealthy lifestyle habits brought on by life’s challenges, she found her way back to her holistic roots by starting every morning with a cup of her own homemade bone broth. Since returning to the habit, she’s noticed remarkable improvements in her overall health and well-being.
As a culinary school graduate, former athlete, and experienced cook in some of Toronto’s top restaurants, Vanessa knows how to combine deep, comforting flavour with high-quality nutrition.
