Free delivery — your subscription total qualifies automatically, since all orders over $160.00 CAD ship free. How long does shipping take? Orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Since our bone broth arrives frozen to preserve freshness and quality, we'll confirm a delivery date and time with you in advance to make sure someone is home to receive it. Why do you need someone home to receive my order? Our bone broth ships frozen to lock in freshness, flavour, and nutrients. If a package sits unattended for too long, it can begin to thaw before you get to it — so we coordinate a delivery window with you to make sure your order arrives in perfect condition. What if I can't be home during the scheduled delivery window? No problem — just let us know and we'll work with you to find a time that fits your schedule. 

Do you ship across Canada, or just the GTA? Right now, we only ship within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) to ensure your broth arrives frozen and in the best possible condition. We're working on expanding our shipping range in the future — stay tuned!
